Parameters

pAnnot

[in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.

pContext

[in] Pointer to IPXC_OCContext.

ppApp

[out, retval] Pointer to IUnknown*.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
