Parameters

- [in] Pointer to SIZE.
- nScaleType
- [in, optional] Value of LONG.
- pOptSize
- [out, optional] Pointer to SIZE.
- pItemIndex
- [out, retval] Pointer to LONG.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
