Parameters

- [in] Pointer to IUIX_Cmd.
- nIndexBefore
- [in, optional] Value of LONG.
- nNewStyle
- [in, optional] Value of LONG.
- nNewStyleMask
- [in, optional] Value of LONG.
- ppItem
- [out, retval, optional] Pointer to IUIX_CmdItem.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
