Parameters

stDevPoint
[in] Pointer to POINT.
bAllowInvisible
[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

[out, retval] Pointer to LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
