Parameters

- nStartSrcIndex
- [in, optional] Value of ULONG.
- nSrcItemsCount
- [in, optional] Value of ULONG.
- nDstIndex
- [in, optional] Value of ULONG.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
