Parameters
- pUpdateRects
- [out, optional] Pointer to RECT.
- pUpdateRectsCount
- [in, out, optional] Pointer to LONG.
- pUpdateExtent
- [out, retval] Pointer to RECT.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
