Parameters

- [in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.
- pGroupAnnot
- [in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.

- [in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
