IIXC_Page::Fill Method

The Fill method fills a rectangle by using a solid brush and a specified color.

HRESULT Fill([in]  RECT*  Rect,
             [in]  ULONG  Color,
                   ULONG  Flags);

Rect: [in] Pointer to RECT structure which defines the area to be filled.
Color: [in] Specifies the color to be used.
Flags: Combination of flags which specifies how the data will be drawn. The IXC_ColorFlags flags can be used.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
