[in] Pointer to IUIX_Tree.

nKeyState

[in] Value of LONG.

pPos

[in] Pointer to POINT.

pDropParent

[in, out] Pointer to IUIX_TreeItem.

pDropChildIndex

[in, out] Pointer to LONG.

pEffect

[out] Pointer to LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
