Parameters
- nErrCode
- [in] Value of HRESULT.
- nFlags
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of ULONG.
- sRes
- [out, retval] Pointer to BSTR.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
