The event is fired when the Form Field's focus has been changed.

Param1	PARAM_T	Contains the Widget Annotation of the Form Field which focus has been aquired. This parameter will be 0 when the Form Field's focus was lost.

Handled	VARIANT_BOOL	Not used.
