Parameters

pBitSet
[in] Pointer to IBitSet.
nAnnotType
[in] Value of ULONG.
pAnnotIntent
[in, defaultvalue("0")] Value of BSTR.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
