Parameters

nCmdID

[in] Value of LONG.

nCmdNotifyID

[in] Value of LONG.

nCmdNotifyParam

[out, retval] Pointer to PARAM_T.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
