Parameters

stPoint
[in] Pointer to POINT.
nHitTestCode
[out, defaultvalue(NULL)] Pointer to LONG.
pAnnot
[out, retval] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
