[out, retval] IString** pRes);
Parameters
- sInitial
- [in, defaultvalue("")] Pass initial string here.
- pRes
- [out, retval] Returns pointer to a new IString object.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
