The method loads an image from a memory buffer.

HRESULT LoadFromMemory([in]  UCHAR*  nData,
                       [in]  ULONG   nDataSize);

nData: [in] Specifies a pointer to a memory buffer containing image information.
nDataSize: [in] Specifies the size of the buffer pointed to by nData.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
