Parameters

- [in] Value of PXV_ZoomMode.
- ZoomLevel
- [in] Value of double.
- bAllowSmooth
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
