[in] Pointer to void.

cb

[in] Value of LONGLONG.

pcbRead

[out] Pointer to LONGLONG.

pErrDetails

[in] Pointer to IString.

pCancelFlag

[in] Pointer to IFlag.

cbLeftToRead

[in] Value of LONGLONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
