:[in]  Value of BSTR containing the command's name.

:[out, retval]  Pointer to [[PXV:IUIX_CmdItem|IUIX_CmdItem]] containing the resulting [[PXV:IUIX_CmdItem_Index|Index]] of the command in the command bar.
